Don’t get me wrong. This is NOT a diet. While focusing on good, healthy food will be part of the challenge, I’m not going to ask you to follow a super strict diet. We all know that any serious lifestyle change takes longer than 5 days and is often done gradually, one step at a time.
What I will ask you to do is make a commitment to yourself that for just 5 days, you will be mindful of you PCOS and your health. You will try to make healthier choices and you will put yourself first.
And in return, I’ll offer you all the support I can and we’ll do this together. I have PCOS, just like you, and we’ll make these healthy choices side by side. So, just 5 days, 5 minutes a day. What have you got to lose?!
