When I was first diagnosed with PCOS, I had very little help and support from my doctor. I didn't know anyone else with PCOS and I had no where to turn. I was totally lost and out of control.

So I have spent the last 10 years researching PCOS to truly understand what it means for me and my body. I have delved into countless medical journals, searching out the science of PCOS and how to manage it. I have collaborated with leading PCOS experts and I have developed a plan of not only how to live with PCOS, but how to truly thrive.

All too often, I hear the following things from women with PCOS:

  •  I find it hard to lose anything and as soon as I do it just comes back on again

About the Teacher
I'm Tarryn Poulton and like you, I have PCOS. So I'm well versed in the highs and lows (let's be honest, there are more lows than highs) of living with PCOS.

Since dealing with the frustration and lack of support I experienced when I was diagnosed with PCOS, I have dedicated my life to researching, teaching about and advocating for PCOS. I have worked alongside leading PCOS experts and am passionate about helping women to thrive with PCOS.
